On the occasion of the celebration of the Italian National Day on the 2nd June 2025, the Embassy of Italy is organizing a Reception at the Residence of Italy, hosting around 1.000 personalities from Korean and Italian communities (Government, businesses, culture, academia and media) along with the diplomatic corps accredited to the Republic of Korea.
Building on the success of last years, we believe that the Italian National Day Reception can provide a unique promotional and visibility opportunity for your company. Therefore, we wish to open up the 2025 Italian National Day Reception to sponsorship collaborations, according to the attached Public Notice. In a nutshell:
- Silver sponsors: 1 million KRW (includes mention during the Ambassador’s speech, display of logo in the event sponsors’ photo wall, display of logo in Embassy’s social media activities)
- Gold sponsors: up to 5 million KRW (includes mention during the Ambassador’s speech, display of logo in the event sponsors’ photo wall, display of logo in Embassy’s social media activities, mention in the sponsors’ thanking official video)
- Diamond sponsors: up to 10 million KRW (includes mention during the Ambassador’s speech, display of logo in the event sponsors’ photo wall, display of logo in Embassy’s social media activities, mention in the sponsors’ thanking official video, possibility of exhibiting own stand-alone banner)
- Platinum sponsors: more than 10 million KRW (includes mention during the Ambassador’s speech, display of logo in the event sponsors’ photo wall, display of logo in Embassy’s social media activities, mention in the sponsors’ thanking official video, possibility of exhibiting own stand-alone banner, possibility to exhibit own products at the event)
